HOW TO USE THIS COURSE
- Listen to any one of the meditations daily for the next 40 days to guide you to relax, fall asleep, and shift your mindset with loving yourself more for more confidence and happiness.
- Be consistent with listening to the meditations i.e. while you sleep, when you feel overwhelmed, when you get in an argument, or when you need a boost of confidence.
- Observe the transformation of how accessible opening up to manifesting more confidence and happiness through the use of the meditations & workbook.
- Get super clear about what is blocking you from being consistent and watch out for those sneaky excuses!! Then ask yourself, "What will motivate me to change my sabotaging habits?" Write them in your journal.
- Focus 5-10 minutes of uninterrupted time to read and fill out the workbook after you listen to one of the meditations. Review it whenever you need additional support or motivation. It's a resource to remind yourself of your personal power!
- Once you have finished the workbook, get yourself a journal and start writing for 5-10 minutes about how you're feeling and what clarity showed up in your meditation.
