  1. Listen to any one of the meditations daily for the next 28 days to guide you to relax, fall asleep, and shift your mindset with loving yourself more for more confidence and happiness.
  2. Be consistent with listening to the meditations i.e. while you sleep, when you feel overwhelmed, when you get in an argument, or when you need a boost of confidence.

My passion is teaching other Latina's and WOC to use their intuition and to learn how to use vibrational healing traditions and practices so that they too may heal themselves and help others to do the same. My background in the spiritual and healing arts since 1998 and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Massage Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Trans-Crystal Therapist, Sound Healer, and Intuitive Healing Practitioner has taught me the importance of holistic healing and the value of using spirituality and energy medicine in my work as these are parts of my ancestral lineage.
