This is a self-paced course but is highly recommended to finish in 3 months to ensure transformation. Set a goal to finish one module a week until you are done. Where to start in the course? Beginners start at Module 1, Introduction to Meditation. For all others, you do not have to go in order. Start where you want. While each module is independent from the other, they are weaved together to create ease and simplicity for your daily meditation practice.
